Thetford Improves its Human Capital Management Processes with Time & Attendance System

Established in 1963, Thetford are the world market leader in mobile sanitary systems, refrigerators, cooking equipment and toilet additives for the camping industry.
The Challenge
Following the rapid growth of production and therefore staffing at its main manufacturing site, Thetford’s existing Human Capital Management system was no longer up to the task of monitoring the ever-increasing staff members.
The Solution
Looking for help in replacing their HCM, the company contacted System Integrators Atimo® Personeelstechniek B.V., who developed a tailored package combining its own Time-Wize® software, with timeclocks from GT Clocks.
The new system offers a range of day-to-day benefits for workers. Clocking-in is completed seamlessly by swiping tokens on the timeclocks easy-fit reader module, and by using the terminal function keys, employees can also indicate the reason for absences and monitor their remaining holiday entitlement and overtime on the display.
These terminals offered a flexible solution, combining robust design with industry leading features, saving cost and reducing disruption for staff at Thetford.
