Colin Leatherbarrow

Colin has over 25 years of experience within the Security and Identity industry. He began his career as a developer and was promoted numerous times before becoming President.

Ben Lagden

Ben has been with GT Clocks since 1999. After working closely with HCM partners for many years, Ben has extensive knowledge of the Human Capital Management market and the environments it serves.

Brian Hack

Starting with GT Clocks in July 2021, Brian has significantly improved the collaboration between the US and UK operations. He believes the synergy between the two operations is paramount to being a truly global company and maximizing global opportunities.

Matthew Smith

Matthew joined GT Clocks in July 2015 as a National Sales Manager. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales North America in May 2017, overseeing all the business and operations in the US.

Mike has over 13 years of experience in the Security industry, leading teams of sales representatives. He joined GT Clocks in September 2019 as the Sales Manager for North America.

Simon Poole-Anderson

Simon’s extensive experience in SaaS and HCM, coupled with his proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver new and improved products for major logos, positions him perfectly to lead our product strategy. With an AI innovation background and a track record of success in international SaaS transformation programmes, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Grosvenor Technology.

Jenna is an experienced Development/Account Manager and brought her valuable experience to GT Clocks in September 2021. She is a highly effective communicator and works closely with the International Sales team, supporting growth in her sectors.

Cameron Leatherbarrow

With a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record in project management, Cameron Leatherbarrow is an integral part of the GT Clocks sales team as HCM US Senior Sales Engineer. He’s passionate about finding the right solutions for each client, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support.

Phil Leaper

Phil is our longest-serving member of staff. He started with Custom Micro in 1987 in Production/OperationsPhil’s wealth of knowledge and experience meant he became Helpdesk Manager, where his vast knowledge and experience are highly regarded.

Global Sales Operations Manager

Adele Kitson

Adele has spent her career in Customer Service/Sales Operations and joined GT Clocks in October 2012. As the company has grown, Adele has taken the lead and built a team to provide customers with top-quality service.

Professional Services Manager

Tom Dinham

Tom joined Grosvenor Technology in May 2024 as a Professional Services Engineer. He brings with him a strong background in software engineering and product delivery, having honed his skills as a Product Delivery Manager and Software Engineer in previous roles.

Stephen Woolhead

Stephen’s career at GT Clocks started in June 1996 as a Software Development Team Lead. His strategic and precise approach saw his skills recognized as he received multiple promotions. In July 2020, Stephen became Head of Software Development, overseeing our talented team across the globe.

David Hembery

David joined GT Clocks in June 2018 with over 25 years of experience in the HCM market. David has successfully managed the product launch of the GT8, contributing significant growth opportunities for our HCM market. 

Operations Manager

Ian Summers

Ian has an incredible 39 years’ experience in the electronics industry and has been with GT Clocks since January 1995. Ian excels at ensuring GT Clocks’ operations run efficiently and smoothly. 

Group Finance Controller

Alison Sweeney

Alison joined GT Clocks in June 2021. Her 20 years of experience in finance has given the business firm footing to enable future growth. Alison’s strong commercial and accounting skills were put to use when she devised and improved processes to support departments within the company.

HR Business Partner

Daniel Lagna

Daniel joined GT Clocks in June 2021, following a role as HR Manager for an international retail brand. In April 2022, Daniel was promoted to HR Business Partner. He is full of enthusiasm for both people and progress and is excited to see what new technologies will be emerging within the industry.  

IT Manager

Sharon Whiston

Sharon has been with GT Clocks since November 2018. To date, Sharon has been responsible for GT Clocks achieving ISO27001 accreditation and has a clear vision for our Cyber and overall IT security.

Head of Quality & Compliance

Paul Smith

Paul joined GT Clocks in December 2020 as Quality Manager, bringing with him 26 years of experience in Aerospace, Electronics and Design. Following a hugely successful year in post, Paul was promoted to Head of Quality & Compliance in February 2022.
