You’ve invested in the power of Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor to streamline your workforce management. Now, to truly maximize its potential and capture accurate, real-time data, the right timeclock hardware is essential.

At GT Clocks, our approach goes beyond simple time tracking. We’ve developed a range of terminals that address critical organizational needs while seamlessly integrating with Oracle Cloud HCM.

The Importance of Dedicated Hardware for Oracle HCM

While Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor provides robust digital capabilities, the right hardware transforms workforce management from a basic tracking function to a sophisticated, secure, and user-centric experience.

The GT Clocks Hardware Suite

We offer three primary timeclock models, each designed with specific environments and user needs in mind:

The GT4: Enterprise-Grade Entry Point

The GT4 represents our commitment to delivering robust solutions at an accessible price point. Far from a basic terminal, it offers;

  • Programmable Function Keys: Customize the device for specific workplace workflows.
  • Optional Fingerprint Reader: Enhance security and mitigate buddy punching with biometric verification.
  • Multiple Reader Options: Choose from mag stripe, proximity, or barcode readers to suit your existing infrastructure.

Ideal for: Businesses looking for a cost-effective yet robust solution for basic time tracking, particularly in environments where durability and optional biometric security are key.

The GT8: Advanced Workforce Management

The GT8 elevates time tracking with a sophisticated blend of user experience and advanced security:

  • Vibrant Touchscreen: An easy-to-use color display for intuitive employee interaction.
  • Multiple Biometric Options: Choose between fingerprint and facial recognition for secure and efficient clocking.
  • Enhanced Employee Self-Service: Empower employees to view timesheets and potentially manage leave requests directly at the clock.
  • Flexible Authentication: Supports PIN, multi-tech proximity badge readers, and biometric methods.

Ideal for: Organizations seeking a balance of advanced features, strong security, and a user-friendly interface, suitable for a wide range of industries.

The GT10: The Self-Service Kiosk Solution

The GT10 is our advanced kiosk-style device, featuring a large, high-resolution touchscreen designed to empower self-service HR functions directly at the clock. Its adaptability makes it a powerful tool for streamlining various workplace processes:

  • Large Touchscreen: A 10-inch display ideal for displaying more complex information and applications.
  • Android Operating System: Provides a flexible platform for deploying custom applications, training modules, and employee engagement tools.
  • Multiple Biometric Options: Offers both facial recognition and fingerprint readers for secure authentication.
  • Kiosk Mode: Allows you to restrict user operation to permitted applications, ensuring focused use.
  • Web Browser Functionality: Supports feature-rich data information pushed from your servers.

Ideal for: Larger organizations or environments where self-service HR functions at the clock are desired, such as leave requests, benefits information, or training access. Its adaptability makes it suitable for various industries looking for a multi-functional kiosk solution.

Choosing the Right GT Clock for Your Oracle HCM Integration

Selecting the best timeclock for your organization depends on several factors:

  • Workforce Size and Distribution: Consider the number of employees and the locations they operate from. Centralized or distributed workforces may have different needs.
  • Security Requirements: Evaluate the level of security needed. Biometric options offer the highest level of protection against buddy punching.
  • Employee Self-Service Needs: Determine if you want to empower employees with self-service HR functions at the clock.
  • Budget: The GT4 offers a cost-effective entry point, while the GT8 and GT10 provide more advanced features at a higher investment.
  • Integration Requirements: All our clocks integrate seamlessly with Oracle Time and Labor via GT Time. Consider any specific reader technologies you might already use.
  • Environmental Demands: The durable construction of all our clocks ensures reliability in various environments.

Our Commitment to Innovation

At GT Clocks, we understand that time and attendance hardware is more than a simple transaction point. It’s a critical interface between your organization’s technological infrastructure and your most valuable asset – your people.

Our terminals are designed with:

  • Enterprise-grade security
  • User-centric design
  • Flexible integration capabilities
  • Continuous innovation mindset

Choosing the right timeclock is a pivotal step in maximizing your Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor investment. By understanding the capabilities of the GT4, GT8, and GT10, you can select a device that aligns with your organizational structure, ensuring accurate data capture, enhanced efficiency, and a future-proofed workforce management strategy.
